Scooter bug - Stroller Reviews Please

I am looking for reviews of Scooter bug and their strollers, are they clean, seem to be in working order, if you had an issue how did they handle it?

I have always rented via kingdom strollers, when they could drop at bell services, and when I stay off site. This trip we are on site and would like to use Scooter bug since they can leave at bell services.

But they don't have the stroller I prefer, their customer services when I called today was horrid, so now I'm thinking maybe I will suck up the pick up/drop off at the airport and go with the company I know I like.

I'm with you...I thought the scooterbug website was HORRID so I'm inclined to rent through kingdom strollers and pick up/dropoff at the airport or arrange delivery at the resort.

I just used scooterbug for a double stroller and had zero issues. Stroller was spotless and was waiting for me at CR on arrival. Only encounter I had with customer service was when I rented it initially I put the wrong pickup date and called and they changed it (and didn't even charge me for the extra day!)
