Scooter Access in PO Riverside

It's been a while since we stayed at POR. I vaguely remember that not all of the Alligator B. rooms were scooter accessible due to lack of elevators. I may be wrong but I was wondering. We need to be in Alligator B. because we have a trundle bed reservation. The woman at Disney Reservations was extremely clueless and kept reassuring me that my scooter should fit through the door...not my question. Anyone know the answer?

When you make the reservation tell them you need a 1st floor room for medical reasons. If you dont get anywhere, ask to speak to special services. they can add you need a first floor room for medical reasons. It is important to stress that last part, since otherwise it would just be a general room request and not guaranteed.
