Scooba - SO FRUSTRATED!!!

I can't get the top off my Scooba to put the cleaning solution in I am so frustrated!! I have only used it about 5 times and it has gotten increasingly harder to get the top off. I have been working at it for over 20 min. Anyone have this trouble?? Please advise

Hated the scooba. Used it twice and returned it.

My roomba on the other hand, can't live w/o it!
