I think with a lot (or most) of the Disney restaurants it's the atmosphere and we really like Sci fi for that reason. The food is fine (typical burgers and fries type food).
Burgers (better than Beaches & Cream, we thought - had both in less than 24 hours and Sci-Fi was better).
Fries.
Onion Rings.
Shakes.
Sundaes and DW really liked the chocolate peanut butter cake.
Other than that? I'd be hesitant based on what I've read here.
Worth doing at least once, but we won't be back any time soon (too pricy for what you get and DW thought it smelled funny and it is so dark you can barely see your food).
Okay, so if you are paying out of pocket for Sci Fi, it's really expensive in my opinion. However, if you are on the dining plan, it's a must do. I got the Reuben - yum, kids were happy with food too. But, the atmosphere - it's priceless. Especially for my kids who have never been to a real drive in...
It is a great place to go. The burgers and fries are good. I also like the bbq ribs. My daughter loves going here and watching the movies and eating in the cars.
I had the wedge lettuce salad with the steak on it. I really enjoyed it. DH had a burger and milkshake. Kids had burgers. We all shared onion rings and they were really great too. Nothing to complain about. Wasn't the greatest thing I have eaten.
The atmosphere is really neat though. Totally enjoyed that part!
We enjoyed this restaurant. We went for dinner and ordered the hamburger even though it is not on the menu for dinner. The PB&J milkshake is really good.
I have had the steak, the reuban sandwich, the beef and blue salad, the ribs, and the shrimp pasta. I think that they were all pretty good. We havent had any complaints about the restaurant so far. I love the atmosphere and the milkshakes are like heaven!
