Sci Fi or 50's Primetime for lunch?

We've been to 50's primetime but not sci fi. My daughter was too young for that last year but now I think would enjoy it.

Is the food that bad at sci fi? Any worse than 50's primetime?

Should I go with sci fi this time?

I love Sci Fi. When i went a few years ago i didnt think the food was bad at all. I definetly think you should try it!!

Sci-Fi.... Food is simple and the menu is not big or fancy... But it is good and the atmosphere is unlike anything else!

I enjoy both places. I think the food is comparable (IMHO).But I do ave to say I love the burgers and the atmosphere at Sci-Fi better! Can't forget the chili too!

Been to and liked both. The Sci-Fi menu is basic but I thought the food was pretty good. The theming is probably one of the best in all of Disney. I'd pick Sci-Fi - it's definately a place you want to try at least once.

Hello! I have also been to them both. I would go with 50s Prime Time. All my 3 kids loved it (dd 11) dd (8) ds (4). Sci Fi was cool but we just hate the food there. I am sure you will be satisfied with both but I would stick to prime time.

I prefer Sci-Fi over '50's Prime Time Cafe. I like the food better and the atmosphere because nothing can beat sitting in a car and feeling like you're at an old drive-in movie.

We went to 50's PT a few years ago. Our waitress was a dud. I think she actually forgot we were there a couple of times. The food was ok. Went to Sci-Fi this past November and were pleasantly surpised at how good our burgers were and my dd loved the spinach and artichoke dip. We liked Sci-Fi much better. JMO.

We're going to Sci-Fi for lunch for the first time this year. We really enjoy 50's too, we may go there for dinner at some point.

We love Sci-fi for lunch. Not dinner but the lunch is good- typical burgers, sandwiches etc but it is such great fun!

We did both last week on our Easter Week vacation. WE had lunch at both. Sci Fi was very good, slow service. WE actually sat at the car that was picked to receive popcorn for the day. We had popcorn while we waited for our meals. I had the Ruben and my son had the burger - good! Prime Time was also a lunch. I had Fried Chicked and my son had the chicken sandwich. Bother were very good. Also had to have the Root Beer FLoat - $4.29 each but we were on vacation!

If you get a server at PrimeTime who is really into the theme, it can be a very fun meal. I'm a southern gal and find their fried chicken decent (I am a self proclaimed fried chicken connosieur) My DH (his area of expertise is malts and milk shakes) loves the shakes at PrimeTime.

SciFi is a "must do" at least once and I'd recommend lunch over dinner. The burger is a good one!

If I had to pick just ONE to do, it would be PrimeTime Cafe.

we liked both really well, but the sci fi is nice and quiet and relaxing. The kids loved the milkshakes.

We've always enjoyed SciFi. So, on our next trip we are doing SciFi for lunch and 50's for dinner.

I just have to say that I am so happy to see that most people on this thread are not slamming Sci-Fi... I really thought more people would be posting bad comments... We love the place and glad to see other do too.
