Sci -fi ~ Lunch or dinner?

Even though they aren't on the dinner menu, you can still order burgers at dinnertime. To us, it's a burger place.

I liked the lunch I had, but as I posted in another sci-fi post..

Cheesy sci-fi flicks + burger + shake = lots of fun :goodvibes

ok, so basically stick to the burgers or just skip it???????? It' s a good thing we have a month or so to decide. Thanks for all the input. We love hearing your opinions.

Sorry for the hijack, but....
Does anybody know if you can substitute onion rings for the fries with the burger? :confused3

We love it! Of course, we just stick to the burgers. I though the onion rings were some of the best ive ever had. DH says it was the best burger he had our entire trip, and he pretty much lives on burgers.

Im thrilled to know that we can order a burger at night too!

Please please stick to the burgers and shakes. Everything else is just awful. We love going here as the environment is so fun but the food is that bad. Burgers are okay, shakes are very good. Everything else is definitely not anything you want to try.

I really must agree.I hate to bash a restauraunt because everybody has different experiences.BUT,it was awful for dinner.I see a lot of positive posts about lunch,so if you do have a dinner ressie, stick to a burger. The shakes were very good.I will give them that. The cheesecake came with caramel popcorn on the plate and some other stuff-not a good combo.

I have to vote for lunch. Stick with the basics- milkshakes, burgers, fries, onion rings because the food is not great. My husband loves this restaurant because he loves science fiction but it's not because of the food. I've been there more times than I care to admit to but I put my foot down last time and we tried Prime Time Cafe.

I'd recommend going at lunch and do something more special for dinner.

The cars are really neat. We (DH and I) enjoyed the experience. The food was alright --- nothing bad, nothing superb. We knew we were going there for the experience. :goodvibes

The Sci-Fi "movies" are just clips of old Sci-Fi movies. Nothing full length or really anything that should be scary for anyone.

DH had a burger and fries for dinner and a strawberry milkshake. He liked both. I had a ruban sandwich, fries and we split a sundae. Again, we enjoyed it good enough; however we'd eat there for lunch next time (instead of pizza planet... yikes!) instead of dinner.

Enjoy!!:thumbsup2
