I have a few questions about this place.

Is the milkshake included in the DDP?
Do they have a vegetarian option (like a veggie burger)?
Can you substitute onion rings for fries?

I can definitely tell you yes on the milkshake! They were even really nice and let my DS (then 5) have "mine" as his drink since I just ordered Minute Maid Light.

I'm not sure of the fries/onion rings, however! I'm sure someone will know though!
