Sci Fi and 50s Prime Time on same day?

Has anyone done this? I'd love to try both on our trip this February, but only have one HS day planned. Currently I have ADRs for an early 11:10 lunch at Sci Fi and 5:40 dinner at 50s (not planning to see Fantasmic, so would like to use that time to ride our faves a 2nd time). I realize I shouldn't even do HS on a Fantasmic day, but I've done and redone the schedule so many times, it doesn't work out for us. What do you think of both these restaurants on the same day?

Are you on the dining plan and using credits for both restaurants? If you are you will likely be ordering an entree and dessert at both and that may be problematic - last I was at Sci Fi for lunch my friend got a huge turkey sandwich and I got a huge cheeseburger. Consider splitting meals or ordering light at one restaurant if you are not on the dining plan.

Yes, we are on the DDP and will be using credits. Good point about splitting meals. I'll need to think about it - I'd like to try both, but maybe I'll save one for another trip. I don't want to spend too much time in restaurants.

We have done both on the same day. I would have a light lunch at Sci-Fi. We like the burger/shakes there and do dinner at the 50's because the food is heavier to us. The fried chicken is good at the 50's and it is about 1/2 a chicken.

Sci Fi is one of the less expensive restaurants so you could split meals and pay OOP if you find yourself running short of TS credits.

I have done both in the same day...burgers & milkshakes at Sci-fi for lunch (usually OOP) and 50's for dinner...great Pot roast & Fried chicken...I use my credits for dinner...enjoy....they are both really fun restaurants
