Sci Fi....2 and DONE!

I feel it has gone down a bit myself. We ate there this past February and it was okay nothing spectacular.

My biggest complaint is that the place is freezing cold. The air temperature is supposed to be part of the theme, but I found it miserable. The woman in front of us tried to cover her bare arms with paper napkins because she was so cold.

It has definitely gone down hill. We ate there each year (2014-2017) - the boys loved it. Our last visit was 2018 and not a good one. I got the steak, as I always do, and it was horrid. I sent it back and was given one that was just as bad. Everyone was finished eating and I still did not have a decent steak (this went on for about an hour). I finally gave up - hungry and quite angry. The waitress made excuses that it was the cooks fault and was quite rude. I asked to talk to the manager and did so on my way out. I explained to him that our waitress was extremely rude and that we come here every year but this will be our last. He was very apologetic and offered Fastpasses and a $25 Gift Card to make up for it. Hardly what I was expecting in light that I paid for a $40 steak.
I was sad that things have gone down hill so quickly. We used to look forward to going there and the food was pretty good - that is not the case anymore.

The steak and cheese is good there. If you are a clean freak/germ a phobe DO NOT shine your phones flashlights around the booth. They are usually filthy. I wonder if this has changed post COVID? Thats honestly what pops into my mind each time I think about returning. Its definitely a dining-plan only restaurant for us either way.

That is too bad to hear. Its been about 2 years since we ate there last and still really enjoyed it. The burgers and shakes were still very good.
Hopefully they turn it around again.

We go every year . It’s a family tradition and we love the Sci Fi! I have gotten steak the past 2 years and mine was good.
