School ring question

We didn't get ours until the fall of Senior Year - I continued to wear my ring through college though because I really liked it. Looking back I would have liked a more understaded ring so that I would feel comfortable wearing it today. But oh well. Mine wasn't all that expensive I think- $150.00 and I graduated in 1997.

All my friends got their class rings sophomore year so I had to too but I still wear it and I'm not a big fan of the college ones I've seen so far so I'm thinking my high school ring is with me for awhile. I do love it and it was so much fun to get it early and enjoy it in high school instead of getting it when leaving...

I've seen class rings for junior high students.?.

I graduated in '87 and got mine my junior year. I hardly ever wore it, the girl I dated through school always had it. Which was good because I was known to lose things back then!

Yep - my DD is in jr high (8th grade) and brought home an order form for a class ring. I don't remember exactly how much it cost because we never considered ordering it (which was fine with her). I think it might have been around $150.00.
