OOC: I won't be on for three days (tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday) so when I get back, someone needs to catch me up.

OOC: I won't be on for three days (tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday) so when I get back, someone needs to catch me up.

OOC: Same here! I have a fair to go to, just pretend my characters are working on their presentation.

MJ: "What do you want to do your project on? Astronomy, biology,..."

Will: "How about Chemistry? Jobs can include: medical research, manufacturing in factories, or even in criminal cases, for finger prints and stuff." Will smiled, he felt so smart. Ending with 'stuff' wasn't the best, but he still got his point across.

Brendan: he immediately wanted to do zoology. He loves animals. He was worried that the girl next to him wouldn't want to do the same type o science he wanted. He didn't want to object with her. She seemed nice, and was really pretty.

Adriana: "So what science do you want to do? I was thinking maybe zoology, I really like animals."

OOC: I am leaving for Walt Disney World tommorow so I might not be on to often for the next week, I'll get on when I can.

Nat: "Wanna do Astronomy? You already know so much about it, you know, being a demigod and all."

Jason: "Sure."

Jaqui: "Snow White."

OOC: That's too much work. (Yes, I am lazy.) And it'll be a liiiittle confusing.

OOC: I didn't find that too confusing. It wouldn't really make sense to use the characters we have now because they didn't know each other before now.

OOC: It would still be the same characters, but it would be in THE FUTURE! (their summer vacation)

OOC: Or we could always make it a prequel for the students from last year, like Fairywings had pointed out. I don't think doing something for the future while doing the present is a good idea. It would be easier if we had it prequel, because the characters we have all created now would be having too many different adventures at too many different times.

Art: Art turned to Victoria. "What do you want to do for the project?"

]Imogen: "I really don't care what we choose for the assignment."

OOC: I suggested the past thing because if we had different characters then we would mix up events or whatever, because if we had the same characters all around then we would be liable to accidently post the wrong thing on the wrong thread

OOC: That is another very good point. If we did the past (prequel, whatever you want to call it) with different characters that went to the school before, then we would be able to have different stories between two different groups of people. It wouldn't make sense if we did a Camp of Disney while they were in school, because it would probably be very confusing. I agree that we may post something on the wrong thread, so I really don't know what we would do for this unless we did a past summer. We would have to really carefully plan this one out, at least all of us that are going to do it.

OOC: I mean, I know the past might be confusing, but as long as we don't mention anyone from this game, we'll be fine. I mean for all we know, the students here could be this class, and the people at Camp are just another class. All that would really change is that the teachers would now be camp counselors (though we will probably end up changing adults as well), the school will be a camp, and instead of me having a Jason, Natalie and Henriette, I might have a John, Nellie and Heather (not that I'm keeping the same initials, but you get the point).

Art: "So, do you want to do Geology?" he asked. His people skills were just a little rusty.

Imogen: "Um, how about we do something like Paleontology? Or do you want to do Biology?" she said to Sapphire. Imogen partially wished that she was sitting with Art instead.

OOC: Hey I'm making a TR blog for my trip starting tommorow and I need a name/URL any ideas?

Mr. Hawkins: He looked over the class, and saw most of them had someone sitting next to them, except for two, a girl and a boy. "You, miss," he said to Adriana, "please go join this young man over here," he said, gesturing to Brendan, "today's work involves a partner assignment."

After she had moved, he turned back to the class. "Now then, there are two more things about this class before we can move on. Firstly, safety. You must follow all the rules in this class, or you'll be banned from doing experiments and activities." He then explained the science lab safety rules. "The other thing I'm going to talk about in here is conduct. Outside of safety I'm not too concerned about rules. I'm not going to freak out if you're a few minutes late. But one ting I won't stand for is disrespect to myself or anyone here. In this class you're going to get what you give. If you choose to be kind and respectful, you're going to get kindness and respect. But if not, if you give the opposite, you're going to get the opposite, and if you keep it up, you're going to be opposite the principal in his or her office. Clear?"

He hated being the disciplinarian, but he wasn't going to be a pushover teacher. He clapped his hands. "All right then, let's talk about science! Now, there are many different kinds of fields in sciences. Can anyone tell me one?"

He spotted a red-haired girl with her hand up. "Yes?"

Nat: "Chemistry."

Mr. Hawkins: He smiled. "Excellent! Most scientist say that all of science is divided into three categories: Biology, or the study of life, Chemistry, and Physics. Can anyone give me another?" Her companion was raising his hand. He was also a ginger. "Yes?"

Jason: "Astronomy."

Mr. Hawkins: Will smiled even bigger. "Yes, Astronomy is a science! It's my favorite actually. Can anyone else give me a science?"

OOC: "logy" or "ology" basically translates to "the study of". "Geo" is like rocks, earth, so geology, "the study of rocks" would be a science. Meteorology would be the study of weather and such, so that's a science too.

Mr. Hawkins: "Yes, that's a science too, as well as biology, zoology, botany, marine biology, and so many more. Now, I've had you name these for one reason: to get ideas. You and there person sitting next to you are doing an assignment. You are going to pick one of these branches of science, and you're going to make a presentation about it. It should include things like what the science is about, notable scientists, and kinds of jobs you can get with that field, for example, a NASA employee for Astronomy. You have the rest of class to begin the assignment. Any questions?"

Ella:"Sir, I'm alone. Who will I work with?"

Victoria:"Art, what do you think we should do? If you want to do geology then sure, let's go for it! I don't care much what we choose to do."

Ella:"Sir, I'm alone. Who will I work with?"

Victoria:"Art, what do you think we should do? If you want to do geology then sure, let's go for it! I don't care much what we choose to do."

Mr. Hawkins: "Join someone else who's alone. If it's an odd numbered class, I'll just let you join a pair until it's even. Unfortunately most of the experiments and activities you cannot do alone."

Ella:"Sir, I'm alone. Who will I work with?"

Victoria:"Art, what do you think we should do? If you want to do geology then sure, let's go for it! I don't care much what we choose to do."

Art: "Geology, I suppose!"

Catherine:
Catherine was alone too so she went up to Ella.
"Wanna be partners?"
