OOC: Villainess, remember when you got the idea for the Camp Of Disney (read more on The Most Random Thread EVER!). Well, I was thinking that we could start it now or soon, but it would be fast forwarded into the summertime. (Face it, if we don't start i now we will A. forget about it and B. it won't happen for like a couple years. Yes, I mean years!)

Jaqui: "Well, yeah. I'm Jaqui."

Henriette: "Well, it's wonderful to meet you," Henriette said in a very ladylike fashion. "Who are you related to?"

OOC: Or it could have been last years students, like, the summer before this thread. Of course, then we couldn't use these characters, because they hadn't met before now, and some of them weren't in the country, etc.

OOC: I still have both parts of the flyer if you want it. Yeah, but who would we have for summertime? Since all of our characters are right now at school...

OOC: Or it could have been last years students, like, the summer before this thread. Of course, then we couldn't use these characters, because they hadn't met before now, and some of them weren't in the country, etc.

OOC: I just had an oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh moment! That's an awesome idea! Brilliant!

Brendan: he was sitting alone. Of corse, the only one without a partner.

Adriana: She noticed another person was sitting alone, she wasn't sure what his name was. He's kinda cute... She thought, but she wasn't about to go sit by him. She hoped the teacher would see them sitting alone and put them together.

Mr. Hawkins: He looked over the class, and saw most of them had someone sitting next to them, except for two, a girl and a boy. "You, miss," he said to Adriana, "please go join this young man over here," he said, gesturing to Brendan, "today's work involves a partner assignment."

After she had moved, he turned back to the class. "Now then, there are two more things about this class before we can move on. Firstly, safety. You must follow all the rules in this class, or you'll be banned from doing experiments and activities." He then explained the science lab safety rules. "The other thing I'm going to talk about in here is conduct. Outside of safety I'm not too concerned about rules. I'm not going to freak out if you're a few minutes late. But one ting I won't stand for is disrespect to myself or anyone here. In this class you're going to get what you give. If you choose to be kind and respectful, you're going to get kindness and respect. But if not, if you give the opposite, you're going to get the opposite, and if you keep it up, you're going to be opposite the principal in his or her office. Clear?"

He hated being the disciplinarian, but he wasn't going to be a pushover teacher. He clapped his hands. "All right then, let's talk about science! Now, there are many different kinds of fields in sciences. Can anyone tell me one?"

He spotted a red-haired girl with her hand up. "Yes?"

Nat: "Chemistry."

Mr. Hawkins: He smiled. "Excellent! Most scientist say that all of science is divided into three categories: Biology, or the study of life, Chemistry, and Physics. Can anyone give me another?" Her companion was raising his hand. He was also a ginger. "Yes?"

Jason: "Astronomy."

Mr. Hawkins: Will smiled even bigger. "Yes, Astronomy is a science! It's my favorite actually. Can anyone else give me a science?"

 

[GoofyFunyun]

MJ: MJ sat down.

Will: Will sat down next to MJ, after asking.

Adriana: She decided to say hi to the boy. "Hi, my name's Adriana, what's yours?

Imogen: She raised her hand and asked when she was called on, "Would Paleontology be one?"

Mr. Hawkins: Mr. Hawkins smiled at her. 'Yes, Paleontology would be considered a science. Good job, I haven't heard that one all day."

Imogen: Imogen nodded.

Art: "Psychology?" he asked after raising his hand and being called on.

Mr. Hawkins: "Yes, Psychology is a science." He gestured as if to say for everyone to keep naming sciences.

OOC: There is a point to this.

Imogen: Meteorology, Geology she thought to Art.

Art: Art raised his hand. "Meteorology?" he asked uncertainly.


OOC: I actually have no idea if they are actual sciences.

OOC: "logy" or "ology" basically translates to "the study of". "Geo" is like rocks, earth, so geology, "the study of rocks" would be a science. Meteorology would be the study of weather and such, so that's a science too.

Mr. Hawkins: "Yes, that's a science too, as well as biology, zoology, botany, marine biology, and so many more. Now, I've had you name these for one reason: to get ideas. You and there person sitting next to you are doing an assignment. You are going to pick one of these branches of science, and you're going to make a presentation about it. It should include things like what the science is about, notable scientists, and kinds of jobs you can get with that field, for example, a NASA employee for Astronomy. You have the rest of class to begin the assignment. Any questions?"

Brendan: he immediately wanted to do zoology. He loves animals. He was worried that the girl next to him wouldn't want to do the same type o science he wanted. He didn't want to object with her. She seemed nice, and was really pretty.

OOC: That's too much work. (Yes, I am lazy.) And it'll be a liiiittle confusing.

OOC: I still have both parts of the flyer if you want it. Yeah, but who would we have for summertime? Since all of our characters are right now at school...

OOC: It would still be the same characters, but it would be in THE FUTURE! (their summer vacation)
