My daughter started back to school this week and I also started back to college. I never imagined how big of a "cramp" classes, homework, helping her with homework, etc.. would put on my rewards! Gasp, I am actually not getting them done most days:o :o

I am glad that I have pretty much gotten all that I can for our trip. I figure we won't be able to get much more before we go, so it's not like I am going to miss out on much. But, I would like to find some time during the day to start working towards Christmas.

Oh well, thanks for the vent!:p

Hi Dana- I know what you mean. It's not school work that's interfering with my rewards, It's redecorating!! I've moved out all of the furniture from DH and my bedroom and have been scraping, painting (wrong color) repainting, patching cracks in the ceiling, painting and I'm too pooped to click. Oh well, I'll just consider these "mental health" days.

Congratulations on going back to get your degree. What's your major? And only a couple more months until your trip.:bounce:
You ARE busy!

Oh, my degree is in social work. I should be done with it in spring. I am so glad to be almost finished. I've already talked to all of my instructors about missing a week in november. Thank goodness they were happy for me and told me not to worry about missing classes, I can make everything up when we get back.

Go to school 5 days a week, work 4 days a week, and although I always do at least one program a day (usually blink), I know the feeling of stress that they both can bring, and how when the opportunity arises that you are able to do your programs, something else (usually sleep) takes priority. I just finished a 3 week course (I will probably never do that again ~ well, during the course, my fiance left ~ that probably caused more stress than the course itself), but anyways, doing the programs every day was very difficult. Trying to also have a social life is also as difficult. But, in the end, an education is always better than waitressing.

I'm going back tomorrow. That's the end of my leisurely summer. Two days of teacher workshops then the kids come.
I really can't complain,I've had a very nice summer and that means I'm getting closer to going to DW in December. :D

Diane,
It has been a nice summer hasn't it!

Going back to classes was a little nerve racking for me since I had taken some time off, but I am glad I went back. It also helps to know that I will be graduating soon and then can finally have a "real" job. One that I can honestly feel like not only am I helping others, but also contribute financially to our family a little better. Who knows, maybe I'll be able to start planning another WDW trip:p :p

Joline,
Not having to worry about a social life is one reason I am glad that I am so "old" LOL! I was talking on another board though, I am going to have to buy a whole new wardrobe for work. All I own is sweat pants and t-shirts, the basic stay at home mom wardrobe:o
