school breaks in spring???

I found a site where they list college spring breaks,, interesting, but I wonder IF I need to worry about the hoards of college kids on break making disney crowded?? or are they off doing their own beach break thing?\\

IS there a general time period (or list) of younger school age kids, of when their spring breaks would, be I guess that THESE are the kids & familys that will make the population in WDW rise... correct??

I know presidents week & the week before & after easter are bad,, but is there any other week in feb/march that I should watch out for??

Unfortunately I've heard pretty much after President's Day weekend up until a few days after Easter is pretty much a very busy time with no down time. College and school breaks are very scattered through these months.
