school bread

what exactly is school bread? I've seen pictures of it, but what is it make of, and what does it taste like?

My description would be-a sweet donut like dough filled with cream that reminded me of the cream in Dunkin Donuts boston cream donut but not quite as sweet that has a white icing glaze that they dip in sweet coconut.I thought it was very good-and so did my dd and husband.This year I am not sharing!!
