School Bread can be purchased in Norway at the Kringla bakery (I think that is the name of it) which is located just behind the Stave church. It is a pastry of sorts, sorta like a huge doughnut but with the hole still intact. It is filled with a yellow pudding which has a bit of a vanilla flavor to it. Then it is topped off with a white cream that has coconut shavings mixed in. It is very good, not overly sweet. And IMO is big enough to share among at least 2 people. As for the dining plan, not sure about that.
