I tried looking at the FAQs but I didn't see this answered. I am going to Disney with family members that are arriving a day after us. Can I schedule FastPasses for the whole group 60 days out from the start of my stay or do I have to wait until all group members are 60 days out from the start of their stay?

Are they in your hotel room? Or a different room?

Last September this happened to us. We were arriving Sat and my cousin's family was not arriving until Tuesday. We were going to be in the parks together Wed, Thurs and Fri.

I was pleasantly surprised when at my 60 day window I was able to book FPs for all 5 of us for the 3 days we were together even though they were still 63 days from arrival!

As long as you are staying onsite and you are all connected through Friends and Family, you can book everyone's FP+ 60 days prior to your check-in date.

The other group doesn't even need to be staying onsite. You can add others connected to you to your Fastpass party when you are in your booking window, as long as they have valid tickets linked.

This is great news for us as we are in the same situation, we will check in one day before our friends, but plan to have everything linked together on MDE. That extra day can make a difference sometimes.

For sure! I was able to book us FoP FPs for their first day in the park since I was booking them 4 days earlier than their 60 day window. I'm not sure those would have been available at 60+1 when they were booking. Also made it SO much easier as originally I thought I'd book ours then try to get their FP times to line up with ours once they were open to book. It was super simple to book FPs for the entire group at my 60 day window and know that we didn't need to line things up a few days later!
