I know this question can't really be answered by anyone but me, however, the question remains, and I'm curious what others think...

How much is too much when scheduling "extras" on a Disneyland vacation?

Background info: I'm going on a 3-day solo trip in October. I've gone on a solo trip at least once a year for the past 4 years. A few years I've done 2 solo trips. And, every other year, I go with DH, DD, or both DH and DD in addition to my solo trip. I'd say I'm fairly well-versed in touring the parks, history of the parks, and so on, and now I'm wanting to do some "extras" that I haven't experienced. Specifically, this upcoming trip, I'm looking at the Halloween Party one night, and A Walk In Walt's Footsteps one morning. I'm not 100% on the Walk in Walt's Footsteps, but, at any rate, I'd like to do a tour of some sort!Historically, for me, I'm a "militant tourist" the first day. The second day, I take things easy, may only ride a few rides that day; I will often spend a large part of this day/night taking pictures. The third day, I'm pretty much about doing everything that I'll miss until my next trip. So, I'm thinking the party would be fun, because I haven't ever done it, and I love the idea of an "after hours" thing, even though it's (normally) a time I would be in the parks anyway. But, loving the villains, maybe getting a little candy, etc. .... And a tour for the fun of doing something else I've never done.

So.... back to the question at hand.... How much is too much when scheduling extra fun on a 3-day solo DL vacation?

The MHP is so much fun! We have been to three over the last few years. It seems the same yet different each time.
The Villain line up of character in front of the train station is perfect. We have done that for our special photo op's each year.

Walt's Footsteps was nice. The Dream Suite is something to see. Most of the info though the rest of the tour I knew.

There was also a Halloween Tour, "The Happiest Haunts Tour" I think. This one I enjoyed more than Walt's footsteps.

October will be here before you know it. Have fun.
