Schedule on full cleaning

I just came home from a week at BCV. I was there for 7 nites. On the 4th day, they told me I was scheduled for trash and towel. At the end of the stay, I realized that they'd never changed the sheets. Is this the way housekeeping is scheduled now? It didn't really dawn on me at the time, and I've done a lot of split stays, so I'm not sure what's supposed to happen with a 7 night stay. What's the schedule?

With 7 nights or fewer, you get trash & towel on day 4, no cleaning or fresh sheets. For stays of 8+ nights, you get full cleaning including fresh sheets on day 4, trash & towel on day 8, full cleaning on day 12, T&T on day 16, etc.

That’s the standard DVC housecleaning schedule, predating COVID-19.
