Schedule for F&W Events

Hopefully I'm asking this in the proper place. DW and I are going to be at Disney for Food and Wine this October. We are coming up pretty quick on our 180 day timeframe for making dinner reservations. We wanted to be able to look at Food and Wine events before making the ressies, but I'm guessing the details aren't released til later this year. Does anyone have an estimate as to when the details come out for the events at Food and Wine. Hate to make a bunch of plans that we only end up changing.

If you go by last year, full list of events by the end of July, seminars/demonstrations only a couple of days before the general public booking, which took place on August 13.

There was some sort of crapfest regarding those who had a Disney visa being able to book events a day early, but nobody bothered to mention that it was only a limited number of spaces for each event and those ran out well within an hour. They had CMs on the phone telling people who called that everything was sold out when only a small percentage of the event had been available in the first place. So be careful.

This year the festival is starting a week early. Does this mean the booking date will be pushed back too? We will have to wait and see. I'll pretty much guarantee there is no way you will see F&W schedules before 180 days though. So make your ADRS but be prepared to cancel some of them if you'd rather do something else.
