during a schedule change sometimes its just the flight number that changes and sometimes its the time, sometiems its the time and flt nbr. the best thing to do right now is to call them. they do have a queue team that calls about the schedule changes. the one who was told that they stopped calling people was wrong. I double checked before I posted this. they still have the queue team working. these people are exasperated now, overworked and the call volume is thru the roof. no reason for anyone being nasty or ignorant however. since they closed 4 res centers they do not have the staffing to handle the amount of calls right now. Bear with the airlines all of them right now its not an easy time and no one knows who is next on the list to be furloughed.
