Schedudling grocery delivery

For those that have used Wegoshop and others, how do you coordinate your delivery?

We arrive on Friday afternoon and stay at Port Orleans and then move to OKW on Saturday. I am hoping that since we check in on Saturday morning that a villa may be available early (knowing a lot of folks don't like using weekend points), but I know I cannot count on that. So it looks to me as if the best I could do is request a grocery delivery for Saturday evening. That means if our villa is ready early and we get checked in and moved in, we could not go on with our day without having to return for the delivery.

Does Disney still offer the service of having items delivered to your room and having them there when you check-in?

Anybody see the delivery options to be anything other than what I have stated?

I have almost decided to ship a box of stuff down so I can get it when I check-in. I can do that with non-perishables, then I can order perishables from WeGoShop.

I am just trying to avoid spending time at the grocery store this trip. By the time you drive there, get your stuff, take it back and put it away, half the day seems shot.

I wish I could help, but I have never had groceries delivered. However, I've read on the DVC website and owners' manuals that they have sent that they can arrange for groceries to be put in your room. Have you asked MS yet?
