Scavenger Hunt On the Beach

Hi I will be surprising my kids about our 1st trip to Disney World on the day before we leave. We will be traveling to Pensacola Fl to go to the beach. I want to do a beach scavenger hunt with a big reveal at the end. I need some help on planning this out. Any tips, clues or ideas is much appreciated and helpful.....Thanks in advance...
