Scary movies for kids!

Okay, this is a branch-off of the "scary movie" thread. I have a 9 year old son that loves scary stories and movies, and I just want to get some feedback on good movies for us to watch this month. He has already put some of the Goosebump DVDs on the Netflix queue, and we have a few more that we have found that are streaming. Just looking for ideas. Here's some qualifications - he's pretty brave, so scary isn't a problem...nothing too gory...PG-13 or lower. He loves MST3K, so we plan to watch a couple of those that they just put on streaming.
