Scary movie that's not so scary?

Tomorrow night I'm watching a scary movie with some friends, and I want a scary movie that wont keep me up that night (they're letting me choose because I am the resident scardy cat ) Any suggestions?


(And, I am getting better, I actually went to see The Fog )

Are we talking scary as in psychological thriller or scary - blood squirting, demons walking the earth??

I don't particularly like the latter, but I do love a good mess-with-your-mind thriller. One of my all time favorites is "Dead Calm" with Nicole Kidman. I also liked "White Noise". My husband swears that "Saw" is excellent.

I was going to vote for any of the Scary Movies too. You can't possibly have trouble sleeping after watching any of them! We loved em.

Well, both of them have their pitfalls, because psychological is scary, but blood is gross, and the thought of Saw has me thinking someone is going to come steal me in the night and put me in their little "game"

The Watcher in the Woods or Something Wicked This Way Comes. They are both kind of scary, but they are Disney movies (I think) so they aren't too horribly frightening.

How about the Blair Witch Project - it's scary but most of the really scary stuff is off screen so you don't actually see it.

I don't watch scary movies but I can watch that one.

We watched that one last night, but we actually turned it off until like the end, when she finds his teeth, because we were bored.
