Hi everyone,
I've just got some bad news about my wedding shoes I've been calling the place I ordered my shoes from all of last week to find out we're they are because I ordered them on the 24th January, And I know that they were been hand made and then after that they had to be shipped from America but still that seems like a really long time don't you think?
So they lady at the shop said she'd look into.I got a call Friday morning from her and from her voice I knew it wasn't going to be good. She told me that they had received them from the place in America and had them posted them to me 1 month ago! She said she'd called the Royal Mail about them and they just said that they have been lost in the post and that there was nothing that they could do about it! And whats more that mine was the last pair of that style that they were making and it's not possible to get a replacement pair
I didn't know what to say to her. I think she was ready for me to start screaming at her I just said "Oh, well I know it's not you're fault" I mean what could I say she didn't lose them. Then the lady started to be really nice to me saying that they would do what ever she could to help me get a lovely new pair. When I got off the phone I could have cried, but then I thought get you're self together if this is the worst problem that you come across while planning a Wedding you'll be lucky.
So while I'm still really disappointed that I won't have those gorgeous shoes I think I've picked out another pair. So fingers crossed that everything will go well with these shoes.

Oh Scarlet!!! What a horrible thing to happen to you!! But, you kept your cool with total poise!! I'm very proud- I would have been a screaming wreck.... Royal Mail are total pains in the backside at times.... GRRRR!!! I feel so bad for you!!! I just want to give you a hug!!!

But if you've found another pair of pretty shoes, things aren't so terrible!!! But you're right, if its the worst problem you've had, things are going pretty well!!!

And I think you're having an awesome attitude about your shoes. If it's the worst thing that happens you're lucky! You'll find another pair BETTER than the first pair. Then you'll know they got lost for a reason! The waiting and searching part just sucks, I know! SMILE! Stay positive!

I do like the new shoes Sam and I'm sure when I have them in my hands I'll be in love with them but right now nothing seems to look as pretty as the original shoes. My Mum keeps telling me that my new shoes will look like Cinderella's, so here's hoping

Hi Everyone,
I have some really happy news and I just had to tell you all. CJ (my sister also my M.O.H) and Leigh (Pete's B.M) Have just gotten Engaged today I'm so happy for them.
She had an Alice in Wonderland engagement. He took her on a picnic in the forest were he gave her a bunch of white roses with on red rose in the middle and all around the paper I had written "Panting the roses red". In the picnic basket there was a sign saying EAT ME and on the wine DRINK ME then finally on the ring box MARRY ME?!!
I just had to tell you all the happy news
