Scam emails

I'm always getting these and I know it is a serious matter,but I have just started reading them, and they are hilarious!!

Whoever falls for them, must be seriously dumb I say

Here is an excerpt from one I got today:

"FROM THE DESK OF CLINT HARWARD.
SOLICITORS ADVOCATE CHAMBERS.....

A Businessman otherwise known as my
client who was based in the United Kingdom and died of complications from
injuries sustained after a ghastly motor accident."

There is a word that is not used enough nowadays - "ghastly"!

I urge you to read these when they come through just for the comic value!

We must get about 10-20 a day. Some of them are funny. Especially Dipmoa or a Degree within one day

I had one a few months ago. A 7 year old boy wanted me to claim his inheritance. It was for millions. If I agreed to send him some details (cant recall what the exact content was) he would give me £1,0000. Apparently he was in desperate need of getting this money and needed a guardian to get it..... I say do I have mug written on my forehead

Hi,

We got two at work over easter asking for prices for coach hire from an airport in the UK for 10 days travelling around the UK. they were supposedly from a Dr in some church in the US. When we sent back we were too busy, they changed the dates and asked which airports and cities we were near, and if they sent their credit card details could we pay some accommodation agent for them with a cheque coz they didn't have credit card payment facilities. Mmm. We just sent back 'NO'! We got another similar one about a week later, different name but same details. Do they think we're stupid???

I wonder if anyone actually falls for things like this?

If only I had a £1 for every scam email I had, I would be loaded My scam box takes care of most of them, but I must get about 20 a week

I get emails about 10 times a week saying I have won the lottery and send my personal details, I don't even play the lottery!

The ones "from the bank" asking for A/C details always get me - especially when I don't have an A/C with that bank! I'm sure some people are fooled by them.

The investment/inheritance ones always make me laugh
