Scallop appetizer from the Entertaining topic??

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a recipe. My hubby and I attended the entertaining demo where they made scallops with bacon and shallots, drizzled with balsamic.

I thought I packed the recipe, but in my haste to get my bags out on time, I can't find it anywhere. If anyone has this and could post or E-mail it to me, I would be very greatful.
