SBP ceremony times in November

We are planning on having an Escape wedding at SBP early next November (2012). I'm currently having trouble deciding on a ceremony time and was hoping for some advice!

I am stuck deciding between 2pm and 5pm. We are eloping so there will be no guests; just the two of us. We are hoping to have dinner at V&As afterwards in lieu of a reception.

Initially I was thinking a 5pm ceremony would be nice (and maybe more intimate?) and we could go straight to dinner afterwards. Now I'm a little concerned that it might be too cool and that our ceremony photos might not turn out as good in the dimmer light.

Any suggestions? Or even if anybody has some ceremony photos from either of these times in November to give me an idea of the lighting that would be awesome!

Thanks heaps :goodvibes

I took these pictures between 5 and 5:30 in November last year. It wasn't chilly at all. We're doing 5 pm on November 4 (first day the clocks are turned back) next year.

I will tell you that the sun was a nuisance for about 10 minutes until it went behind the Swan/Dolphin.

Thanks so much for posting those photos! The light looks lovely, very soft and romantic, and you have definitely put my mind at ease. I think we'll go for the 5pm slot as originally planned.

Thanks again :goodvibes
