I finally purchased SBC+ 3.0 a couple of weeks ago. I have made quite a few digital scrapbooks from various online publishers, using their software. However I am tired of the same ol' same ol' and wanted to give my books that little extra and thought that SBC would be what I needed. Since ordering the software I have gone through various blogs and sites and downloaded some freebies (mostly disney because that is the first project I want to tackle--our christmas trip to disney!!) So I now have the software and have saved all of these zip files that I have downloaded. Last night I unzipped everything but how do I import it into my software? I need someone to talk to me like they would a kid because I am not at all familiar with the SBC+ software--so don't assume I know how to do anything---I am pretty good on a computer so you can skip the STEP 1: turn your computer on :rotfl: Thanks!! I am pouring through your SBC users tip sharing thread but it seems that everyone already knows how to do what I don't:) Thanks!! Amanda

Has anyone responded to you on this??? I just installed the upgrade to 3.0 so I will see if I can walk you through the upgrade once I figure it out. Or if not, go to Scrapmatters.com and there are several ladies on there that help me a ton!

Hi, just saw this and hope I can help.

Go to the start menu in the upper left-hand corner (button with a blue icon on it)

Click on content manager

There should be a file called "My Stuff"

Right click on my stuff and select "Add a User Package". This will make a file for you store your stuff. For example, I have one labeled Animals, one for bling, one for flowers etc. If you have a specific collection, you can name that.

On the ribbon menu, where it lists Content, the middle section is "add" and has an icon for paper, embellishment, shape, edge, corner, color. When you click on an icon, you will then navigate to the file on your computer where you have stored your downloads. You should, hopefully, see all your items in a thumbnail so you can see what the embellishment is. Select the embellishment you want to import and then click on "Get Image". This should bring the item into your "My Stuff" folder, and then you can use it on your pages.

For a better explanation, if you go the project center on the CM site, navigate to Digital Project Ideas and then Digital Freebies. On each Digital Freebie, they have a link to instructions on adding items to your collections.

Boy, I hope I made this clear, but let me know if it doesn't work or you need more info.
