SB Help! Jolee's School project plan

Several months ago I picked up a Jolee's project plan at my LSS...it was one of those that you put into a frame, approx. 8x8. The theme was a school room, it used the Jolee's school embellishments in kind of a color block format, and one of the squares had the teacher's name and another the year or something like that...and then a backpack, notebook, pencils, etc...in the other blocks.

I have LOST the darned thing, and I have all the embellishments and I want to make it for DD's teacher this year for the holidays.

Does anyone have a copy? I pray there is one pack rat out there who picked it up and still has it!
