Cell phones should be illegal while driving. And if you injure or kill someone b/c of preventable negligence while behind the wheel(talking on the phone, driving while drunk, etc) you should be thrown in jail for a long time and heavily fined. There is no excuse for such carelessness.

Child molesters should get the death penalty.
Speaking of the death penalty, I am for it and it shouldn't take 20 years for your 'turn' to happen!

I don't care about race, religion, sexual orientation etc. I like everyone until they give me a reason not to. The 'race card' is just stupid. And yes, OJ did get away with murder!

A baby is a human being from the moment of conception. And abortion is killing a baby. If you wouldn't kill a baby after it is born, why is it ok to kill it before it is born? That may be hypocritical b/c of the aforementioned death penalty.....but I say good riddance to the evil people in the world! A baby is an innocent life.

People who don't put their kids in car seats make my head want to explode!

Gotta love this thread. Some things I've been holding in!!

I dislike that people who complain the most about child molesters and child abusers getting off are the same people who complain about jury duty - the place where you can convict child molesters and child abusers.

I dislike that people who defend child molesters and child abusers make so much more money than those who try to protect our community from them.

I dislike that people don't believe children when they tell what happened to them.

I dislike people who cheat on their spouses. Why take a vow if it doesn't mean anything? And cheating is not having lunch with the opposite sex, unless you're ordering room service.

Adoption is a wonderful thing, and every child should be blessed with a family, but why don't people adopt kids that are here in the United States that need families instead of paying thousands of dollars to find a child in another country? There are tons of kids here that need families.

Parents should go to parenting classes before they even have children. Every parent should have a home visiting nurse (or someone responsible) to make sure they're doing a good job with their kids.

I dislike that Disneyworld and Disneyland are so far away from where I live.

I can't stand it when people let children run there lives. I think there is a healthy difference in putting your children first and not bowing to their every whim, never having adult time, and not disiplining. What I am reffering to is when people say that "Billy will only eat chicken nuggets and Sally will only eat Kraft Mac n Cheese, so I cook 3 dinners nightly to avoid problems"...I understand certain food allergies or health problem but IMO this is riddculous! This mommy will only be cooking one meal, if you don't like it and there isn't anything ready-made(ham sandwich) in the fridge then you are SOL!

I think universal healthcare will never work for this country. This is coming from someone who does not have health care! There are too many people and too many immagrants...It would take forever to get surgeries and sick paitent visits. I would rather be able to go see my doctor when I am sick and be able to see him that day or the next then be put on a 1-2 week waiting list. I think how we have it now is pretty good considering poor children and the elderly are covered.

I also don't like people who think WDW is there to dispense free magic or is too expensive. It is a business! They have taxes, employees, and vendors to pay.

Also want to add that a Trip to WDW is a privlege not right. We go when we can afford it and we make sacrifices to go, b/c that's what we like to do with our money.

I dislike people who think I am too young to be married with a child. Even if junior didn't surprise us we would have still gotten married(1 year and 2 days ago to be exact) and planning children now.

I dislike the fact that my mother has squandered her money and will need me to support her when she is older.

I dislike the fact that if my MIL's parter gets really sick we will have no say in her care. Her children are ***** and don't know her wishes of no life support, even if they knew probably would do the opposite just in spite! I say this knowing that they wouldn't get married even if it were legal.

I am sad b/c my MIL thinks that something is wrong with her b/c she is a lesbian She is old school and raised Southern Baptist, so she condems herself.

I get mad when there are more organizations to protect animals then there are to protect children.

I am mad b/c my SIL wants to move in with us(she is MIL's GF's DD) and she will just aggrivate me b/c she doesn't work but mooches of the govt b/c she is 1/4 Native American!

Still on the smoking thing - ban all smoking. There is NO valid reason to allow it, except for the jobs people would lose in the factories. I'd feel bad for them.

I rode It's a Small World last month for the first time in 5 years - and had fun!

I hate that people blame me for Bush. Yes, I voted for him but so did a majority of the rest of the nation. I dont agree with all of his policies so dont expect a fight every time you open your mouth.

I hate people always *****ing about SUV's. Some SUV's get as good gas mileage as cars. When you start paying for my gas bill, then you can complain.

I cant stand the fact that TXU recorded a 48% increase in profits today. They jacked up the rates 4 times in three years and Im tired of it.

I hate the fact that we missed the NHL due to a lockout last year. Greedy Millionaires vs Greedy Billionaires. Who looses. The average fan.

I get so tired of people who are physically and mentally able to work, but they would rather sit at home and collect welfare checks for their five kids (who they don't look after anyway).

I hate parents who think they are "stifling" their children if they discipline them in any way.

I totally believe in spanking a child. I was spanked as a child and I am not a mass murderer, emotionally devastated, or a child abuser.

I am a Republican, I like George W., but I do believe that abortion should remain legal.

I think that if gay people want to get married, then go for it. Who are we to tell them no?

I think that the US needs to do something about the influx of illegal immigrants. I don't pay taxes so that these people can use our schools, infrastructure, etc. to make their lives better.

Awesome thread!!! I agree with so much that has already been said, that I am just going to add one thing:

I HATE people who think being in the military or being a military spouse is easy and how our "benefits" and "pay" are sooooo great. Listen bubs, my DH works 15 sometimes more (he's a Recruiter) hours a day and gets paid roughly a few cents more than the lady who gave me my Egg McMuffin this morning. Our benefits? Sure they are great...if you live on a military base (which not all of us do) I have yet to find a dentist that takes our insurance (or rather, one that doesn't charge an arm and a leg to take our insurance) . We have a great Pediatrician, who takes TriCare....but Tricare apparently doesn't feel like paying our claims even though the Doctor is an approved physician.

I love being an Army wife, I am proud of my DH for being in the military for almost 10 years now..I just wish other people would realize it's not necessarily the "free ride" they think it is.

I don’t like that my beach day is over.

I love the beach—but why must they pack the sand with glue so that it adheres to your body even after you use their silly excuse of a shower.

I think kiddie pageants should be banned…and if they are not, then children must be in their most natural form. No hair rollers, inch thick makeup, “filler teeth” for when their baby teeth come out. They look like kiddie prostitutes.

I don’t like that cable tv or satellite isn’t offered al a carte. I don’t need 999 channels. I will gladly pay a higher per channel cost to get the 4-5 non-local channels that I want…so that I don’t have to pay $50 per month to have those extra 995 channels.

I dislike seeing a wrestling team collecting money at an intersection. I never see the football team begging for money for the upkeep of their fields.

I dislike employment. All of my best “jobs” have been volunteer opportunities or legal requirements (raising those kids ). Once I get paid, I lose all interest. What is up with that?

I dislike T-Mobile and that my phone cuts out when I move from the dining room through the kitchen or when my hubby is driving to work and he hits a spot. We are dropping it down to the lowest obligation (cheaper than canceling) and going back to Sprint where they place towers properly!

I dislike the “I’m not a doctor, but I play one on tv” commercials. Thank you for confirming that you know absolutely nothing about what you are trying to get me to purchase.

I don’t like “soap opera time”. We are not fooled when the child disappears and then comes back only 2 months later—aged 6 years.

I’m humored when I visit someplace north of Florida during summer—and the locals pu there are complaining about the humidity. These same people who visit Florida in the winter—are probably humored when we say it is cold.

I think statistical sampling is overrated.

I ‘hate’ taking pills of any kind for any reason. I do not like that I have a sensitive gag reflex. And I hate that my gag reflex has caused some of my self-paid orthodontia work to shift….requiring me to spend more money getting it fixed again. (morning sickness and retainers---not a good combination).

I dislike that good cord blood is pitched after birth of a child. One can pay to store it for family use—but if they can’t or choose not to…they should at least be able to donate it. That would certainly help in the stem-cell debate.

I hate that at work I am responsible to fill out paper after paper for deadbeat dads who have to have thier wages garnished to pay child support- it's your kid PAY the child support you idiot!!!! I'd have alot more time to do other work.

I believe that a country that borders another in North America should actually try to learn something about one another so as to diminish the stereotypes and the illconcieved notions they have about each country. IE Canada and the US there are far to many uninformed Americans out there that have npo clue what the hell Canada is about or what our nation is like some don't even know how big it is or the weather patterns of Canada. Some of these people don't even live 3 hours from a Canadian border for crying out loud. Maybe get some Canadian history and Geography in your classes in the US like we have US history and Geography in our classes here in Canada. For those that say close the borders to the US then you best expect the Canadian border to be closed to you.
