I have been trying to book for my ILs for when we go down and the website is telling me there are no available rooms for the free dining discount at the time we are going? Has anyone called and got the deal?

Free Dining was released on August 1st so it's possible that there may not be availabilty for the particular dates/resort you are looking for. You might want to call and see what the CM can find for you.

It's very possible there are no rooms left, they only release a certain number of rooms for the discount.

There may be some Room discounts available, which can offer significant savings. I saved more with Room Discounts at the deluxe resorts I've booked than I would have for free dining.

It's worth a call to ask.

My TA called the morning it was released, spent 4 hours on the phone, and was told there was no availability at my resort. So, it's quite possible:/

There was a room at PO this a.m. for the week of Thanksgiving. Play around with the dates and don't give up.
