Im going in the hospital for surgery this Thursday. Dr. thinks I have endometriosis. Its suppose to be laproscopic but I tried to have one after my DD was born and I had too much scar tissue and they had to make an Incision. So I figure they will have to do it again Thursday. Anyhoo. Please pray for me. I have two kids DD5 and DS2. My mom is coming up to help me, but its gonna be hard on my DS cause he's a momma's boy. Please, IF you pray, send up a little one for me and my family.....Thanks.

good luck- I understand about DS- my DS#2 is attached to me- he's going to be 6 in a couple of weeks- I had back surgery in November and DH had to be extra nice and cuddly with him while I was in the hospital! I am sure he will be fine- you need to take care of yourself!!

I've had 2 lap surgeries for endo. There really is nothing to worry about. The worst part, for me, is being put under. That always scares me, but as long as you are honest about everything (weight, other meds you are on), the anesthesiologist can do his/her job right. After both surgeries I had shoulder pain from the gas that they fill your body cavity with. The gas is lighter than air and floats up, hence the shoulder pain. I think I was lounging around for about 3 days.
