Saw something really strange at AK, need help with what it was!!!!

Okay, I just remembered this. Last Sept. when DH and I were at AK, in line for the Safari there were 2 girls ahead of us. Early 20's, not too odd. They looked miserable, never spoke to eachother, both were dressed in name brand clothes with designer glasses and purses. They just looked SOOOOOOOOOOOO out of place. The strange thing though was they both had headphones on. Not like little ear pieces, attached to a CD player, but like big go over the whole ear and over the top of the head, headphones. and the headphones had WDW on them....what were they? What do you think they were listening too?

not sure but i saw some Asian girls in a line with something similar and wondered if it could possibly be some kind of translation or something for hearing impaired( total guess on my part&but since i had just made a fool of myself asking someone else in that line where they got these cute little paper binoculars and they didn't speak English i thought" one dumb move per line"

You can rent headphones at the parks that describe the attractions in different languages. Perhaps they didn't speak English. I would guess it is hard to talk to each other with those on your ears!

lol. THAT makes sense. They did look as though they could have been foreign. hehe. I was wondering what the heck they were listening to and what was I missing out on.

THey probably didn't speak English...Those yellow(i think they are yellow) headsets are translators!! IT took me awhile to put 2 and 2 together
