Savi's Lightsaber Blade Length?

Can anyone confirm 100% what the blade length is ONCE DETACHED from the hilt on a Savi lightsaber?
I'm seeing mixed answers online from 31 inch to 34 inch and I don't know if this is factoring in any extra length the blade will have once detached as opposed to measuring while both blade and hilt are in one piece.
Any help is much appreciated

Thanks but that's just the blade that shows when attached to the hilt. I presume there is an extra bit that somehow twists into the hilt that adds extra measurements
