saving offers on website: not working?

I'm trying to save a few offers on the WDW website, but it won't let me save anything. The button doesn't show up at all on the bottom.

I thought it was because I was looking at the SPD offer, and maybe you can't save those, but it won't let me save the room only package either.

I had something saved for a while, I was able to delete it, but now I can't even see the page that says "no saved offers."

Anyone else experiencing this problem as well? (yes, I am hoping for a PIN... I'm also trying to keep track of prices for future reference!)

you can save regular rack rate offers but not promos. It's been like that at least the last few years
