hello out there....
we are financially strapped right now, and i was wondering, can anyone help me in finding any legit ways of making a little cash, on line stuff anything?
i am going to go through my closets soon and sell stuff on ebay, but in the mean time, every little bit helps.
in sept. my friend asked me if i can take her kids to school 3x a week and she would pay me, its a easy 20.00 a week in my pocket, i look at it this way, 20.00 more then i started with, that money will go straight in the bank.

Thank you for any and all advice.
Danielle ;)

I do swagbucks and make around $25 a month in gift cards. I also do opinion outpost surveys but that is hit or miss. I've been doing a little babysitting this summer. And I sell Scentsy. None of it is a lot but every little bit helps. Good luck!

I keep seeing the swagbucks ad on the couponing to Disney blog i follow, is it easy enough?
thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do Swagbucks and either cash out for Amazon or PayPal. Amazon is cheaper in points but PayPal can be used anywhere.

I also still do ChaCha. While I know most people on the boards feel it is not worth the time and effort, it adds to my Disney fund when I am doing nothing else. I figure if I am doing nothing anyway, I might as well earn a few more pennies for Disney. Or groceries while we are on furlough. Every single cent helps.
I was doing QuickRewards but it seriously slows down my computer. I do Unique Rewards and earn about $20 a month. All I do there is listen to the radio and enter capta's and then the penny clicks when the have them. I check for them when I enter the capta.

If money is tight I suggest looking at your grocery budget and where you are shopping. I took a good long hard look at mine right before furloughs started. I found that my Butcher Shoppe has cheaper better tasting meat than the sales at the stores. I also find that my local farmer's market consistently has cheaper produce. The only down fall to the farmer's market is that while locally grown, it is picked ripe so it goes bad faster than the stuff that was picked unripe and ripened with chemicals at the grocery store. I just had to learn to buy less more often.
We cut cable but kept internet. We use HuluPlus and Netflix for $8 a month each. I have a friend that said that the Redbox streaming is nice too but have not tried it. Oh, and we have Amazon Prime but have that regardless of cable.
The only other thing we did was go to budget billing with our electric. I have an all electric house and live in Florida. This evens my huge summer electric bills out over the year and it is easier to budget since we know how much it will be every month.

It's easy. I do all my google type searches through there and sometimes you earn Swagbucks. I do surveys, I run the swagbucks tv app on my phone, I do the daily poll and a few other things. I try to hit the goal everyday to get the extra points. I do a lot of it while I'm watching tv at night. And I redeem them for Target gift cards which I use to buy Disney gift cards.

Swagbucks you can earn points from searching and doing surveys. I do the daily poll, NOSO's, and have the toolbar installed. I search through them until I win my bucks. I find I can win once in the morning and once in the evening. But never more often than that. I do not do surveys through them but my dad has really good luck with that. I watch Swagbucks TV on the computer and on my phone. I make a minimum of 125 Swagbucks a day. I cashed out on Tuesday for a $5 Amazon gift card (gathering up for Christmas!) and just cashed out a little bit ago for another one. Took 3 days to get it.

You can only cash out for 2 of a particular reward a day and only 5 of each a month. So once I have my $5 Amazon's gone for the month, I move onto PayPal payments.

You're welcome! I stay home with the kids and the furlough was a big hit to our income since we are basically a one income family. These are the things that are helping us.

I would love to grow a garden to help with the fresh veg but I live in Florida and have sand for dirt. I have found nothing but weeds will grow in it. Gotta love it! When looking though I found that going to odd sources for food was cheaper. Like my Butcher sells seasonings cheaper than anywhere else I can find near me. Plus I am supporting a family business when I go.

Our money has been tight lately too. I decided to break down and sell some unwanted gold. I was surprised to get $389 for a small pile if kinked chains and a bridal set minus the diamonds. I have no idea if I got a good price or not as compared to others, but I was happy with it, and it really helped make ends meet this month.
