Saving information prior to Online check-in

I know I SAVED Port Excursions on previous Cruises before my online check-in date & also was able to update Passport Information. Has this changed or am I going crazy? I can get to the page which shows 3 ICONS - Reservation Summary - My Cruise Activity - My Online Check-in but it will not allow me to do anything on any of them. I am Paid in Full, our cruise is 5 months away & we did use a TA. It was the same on previous cruises so not sure if me or did something change?

I think it's changed as I cant go in and save excursions either and I have less than 4 months

If ever on line and you get the comment "would you like to answer the survey?," please tell them how unhappy you are that they took that option away from us. I like that I could select little heart next to the ones I was most interested in. What upsets me is when you try and plan for a snorkel opportunity, but you find out the one you wanted is booked so you look for second option and you have to reread everything. Are you want to charter a boat or nature walk Alaska, they're all just about the same, but a few of them fit your family needs more than others. They need to bring that option back, this is just too hard.

Oh geez -- they keep "tweaking" their site which just spells more problems and less options for the passengers! I used to love that option to outline my excursion choices!

Got a response from Disney Cruise Line Customer Service. They advised the SAVE feature did not carry over when the Site was upgraded. :-(

Well, a lot of stuff "didn't carry over". Maybe they should "go back".

We sail next week. I went to add my credit card and it changed my port arrival time! I had completed my online check-in weeks ago!

I think they took away the option of saving cruises as well, as I could not find it when I was considering/planning this current trip. Bummer!

I think things may have changed. I have a DCL cruise coming up in July and I wasn't able to click on anything until my 105 day mark(I'm Gold Castaway). When I did my port adventures and dining reservations, I also wasn't able to complete my online check-in. I had to do that a couple of hours later because the link wasn't there. Unless I'm doing something wrong, I also can't figure our how to print all of the activities that we registered for. It seems that now you can only view your activities by day and not for the entire trip like before.

Yes, there's a way to see them all together. Just a minute, I've got to figure it out.

OK, got it -
Go to your reservation, click on "Explore Activities"
Click on one of the days (ON THE TOP IN ONE OF THE LITTLE PICTURES, NOT THE "view or add activities link")
Scroll to bottom of next window, click "View Details"
On the right side of next window, click on the pull down menu arrow for "Print"
Then click on "Print entire itinerary"

There you go.
