Saving Christmas in Massachusetts...

Have a holly, jolly Christmas; :cold:
It's the best time of the year
I don't know if there'll be snow, but have a cup of cheer.
Have a holly, jolly Christmas;
And when you walk down the street
Say Hello to friends you know and everyone you meet.
Oh, ho, the mistletoe hung where you can see;
Somebody waits for you; Kiss her once for me.
Have a holly jolly Christmas,
and in case you didn't hear,
Oh by golly, have a holly, jolly Christmas this year. :teeth:

This is officially the stupidest thing I've ever seen.

"Skullduggerous"??? :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Oh, okay. It's a play on skullduggery -- had to look it up. It means deceit by crafty ways.

Hey, ya learn something new every day!

I second that. :rotfl2:

(Seriously. What he's written doesn't even make any sense. )

Get real! Unless they are passing laws to stop you from saying "Merry Christmas", what's the problem?

I was at the mall on Monday and it certainly looked like Christmas there. And heaven forbid that Christians think about the feelings of others. Most people celebrate the "holidays", not everyone celebrates the birth of Christ.

Good Lord, don't we have bigger problems???

What's the big deal?? :confused3 People should should take a stand for what they believe in. Some want to save the seals. You don't have to jump on the bandwagon, but we ALL have the right to speak out on what is important to us.

Yes and we ALL have the right to say this is the stupidest thing we have ever heard of.

But here's a suggestion: If you really want to honor the "reason for the season" why not worry about say saving starving children instead?

You must lead a very sheltered life. :rotfl:

I was thinking the exact same thing.

Oh, and Merry (early) Christmas!!!!!!!! :thumbsup2

So the reason for Christmas is to save starving children...gee, all of my 52 years on earth I thought it was to honor the birth of Christ :confused3

I'm sure Jesus loves it when people say Merry Christmas in a spirit of defiance and with a "screw you" attitude. :thumbsup2

So, on that note:

Merry Christmas!

I thought you were supposed to honor him every day? I was not aware presents, trees, santa and consumerism was what Jesus was about. ;)

Why instead? How do you know what charitable works someone does?

I guess those peole are too stupid to realilze that it's the majority of people who will read that site that are creating the "problem" they are trying to fight.

Sorry folks, there just are not enough non-Christians in this country to pull off the "Happy Holidays" agenda by themselves. It's Christians doing it to Christians.
