Saving a spot in line ...Taboo?

My family's time is valuable, but not any more valuable then any other family. That's why we enter the queue when we are together. If a dad wants to run ahead of his family while they sign up for Jedi training he has every right to go on the ride by himself.....but it's not cool to invite his entourage past everyone in line when they finally arrive.

Exactly.

It isn't petty to be bothered by people who have no disregard for others. If you trip them as they go by it is petty.

I'm never going to mind a mom or dad taking a little one to the restroom even if they step on me on the way out an end. But people who don't bother to consider the lines, waits and inconveniences to others are rude.

The problem I've had is when groups of teens push past you to join their "friends" who are apparently at the front of the line.... Why do a whole group of people need to stay out of the line? That is rude. I have no problem with children going to the potty or saving a spot for grandma.... But a whole group is not cool.

True. The >insert country of choice< groups slay me too. Not to be rude, but some cultures must not believe in deodorant or showers. We were once behind a large group like this in line at AK's Expedition Mt Everest. They smelled so bad my husband had to leave the line to throw up. No joke.

And he didn't jump back in line, he actually waited for us and rode again with our DS7.
