Savemore.com isssues?

Anyone else have issues with savemore.com? I bought a couple of vouchers from there last year (for CVS and Chili's) with no issues, and I even bought one for Boston Market where you had to fill out your address and a gift card was sent to me. I bought the Barnes & Noble one they had ($15 for a $25 gift card) and put in my address at the end of the year for the gift card to be sent to me, and I still haven't received it. A few other people I know also bought this deal and they haven't gotten theirs either. Anyone else in the same boat? I was doing a little searching online and it seems like this might be a common problem with them. The only contact information on their website is an 800 number....

Barnes and Nobles
Retro phone handsets (2)
Overstock.com

And I purchased a Papa John's pizza and can't even get that one to allow me to put in my address.
