Saved my Docs.

I'm in the middle of the San Diego County wildfires and I just packed my car in preparation of being evacuated. The first things after my kid's pictures and my insurance papers? My cruise documents and airplane tickets for our 11/22 Magic cruise!
I soooo need that cruise right now!
Think good thoughts of me and my family, please. DH is a fire captain and has been working since yesterday. I just keep thinking of how we'll all be together soon and on that cruise!

My sister lives in Tierrasanta and had to evacuate as well.

And the cruise & travel docs will be going with me to/from work (so if the house goes while I'm at work, the docs don't go with it)!!

Hold on to those docs!!!! Wow, the fires in S. California are terrible. I can't imagine. Thoughts and prayers for you!

Thank you so much for all the sincere messages! We still haven't been evacuated; the skies look horrible outside. There is a family with whom we're very close that I've lost contact with. There house is in one of the worst areas for this fire. While I'm sure they're safe, I get sick thinking about the house they've worked on for so long.
My DS 9 has been very anxious about our house. I've told him that it's just a building and as long as our "ojana" is safe, we'll be all right.
