So after sitting down and figuring up what we actually paid out of pocket for our package, I was shocked to see the final total! We saved 56% of the package cost!!!
Some of our payments were made with credit card travel rewards; some with gift cards acquired through rewards sites like Swagbucks, quick rewards, and my points; and some with gift cards purchased through Kroger/Target.
I was amazed that we saved so much! On a $2400 package, we only paid $1055 oop.
If I could do that every trip, we'd be able to go twice as often!!!
