My DH and I are going to WDW Oct3-7 for our 15th Ann. We had booked the Pop but received a postcard today and saved $149 but had to switch to the Music. We stayed there once about 10 years ago. Tell me some cool things to see at this resort. I hope that we didn't make a mistake. We felt the saving of money would pay for the extra meals that the dinning plan doesn't cover.

Please tell me what you liked there!! Thanks for all your help. We arrive in 53 days.

I prefer All-Stars to Pop. Big reason Pop has more rooms, more rooms= more people=more crowded especially at check-in and the food court.

I love that Music has refurb'd the rooms
here's some photos from a different thread.

I find music to be quiet and laidback. The other values, especially Pop are just to loud.

I agree. I don't like that Pop Century has their food court combined with their store. Way too chaotic for my liking. This might be silly, but I find the icons less garish at ASMu than at the other values.

Let me know how you like Music when you get back! I just booked it for April 08 and I am so excited about the refurbed rooms! I am sure you will have a great time there. I have never stayed there, but I am really looking forward to it.

ASMu is our favorite of the value resorts. The rooms have recently been refurbished, so that is a plus.

I stayed at POP last August. I liked many things about it, but did not enjoy the crowded pools and buses. I decided to try AsMu for this year's trip. It is smaller and I am hoping it is less crowded. The refurbished rooms look great. I would definately be psyched to save $150 by switching to AsMu. I hope you really like it (and I hope I do, too!) :thumbsup2

I'll be at ASMu for one night in Dec., so I'm curious to know what people think too!
