Save the date question

When we had our site visit in June we were given the save the dates that Disney sends out. We weren't crazy about them, especially because it included a brouchure for Disney. We felt like that should be sent seperately but not with the save the date. I've noticed that some of you have done your own save the dates. How did you work that out with Disney?

Thanks!

welcome to the dis & congratulations on your wedding to be!

just let your sales manager know you are sending your own save the dates. thats what we did, disney never mailed any materials to our guests except the tags for magic express, we sent our own save the dates & newsletters.

Chck with your sales manager because I was told the brochure will not be used for weddings taking place next year. The brochure was done for the 50th anniversary celebration and that ends in December. Disney can send out just the important pages and not the brochure.

Our save the dates went out late last year/early this year, our guests did not get brochures with the save the dates.

they got the Save the dates, room information and magical express information, but no brochure

Thanks for the information. I was thinking of something like a postcard, though I do like the magnet ones I've seen here.
