Save the date addresses

Hi guys...

Well I am very excited b/c I just sent back my contract!!! They should have it mid week!

My question is...

When do I send them the addresses for my guests? Noone has said anything to me about this? Im just curious, b/c I still have some work to do on them. Is there a special way I need to send them, format, etc....?

Im not too excel savy, can anyone share how they did it??

we sent our SM the addresses to our guests before we sent out the contract. we did you excel to do it. our SM sent us, through email, an example of how it's done through excel. you should send the addresses to disney soon otherwise your guests won't get their paperwork to book their trips! being that you said you're not excel savy, why not just use Word instead? just make up a general list of your guests addresses and send them to your SM either by mail or email.
