Save Draft functionality - test - nothing to see here

This is a test for "save draft". I've created the thread in the above post. This one is the first 'save draft'...and one only.

After creating the first 'save draft', I wandered over to a different thread. When I came back the appropriate copy was all here; and just waiting for me to come to the window and post.

The second save draft test. I wonder if it is possible to have two different save drafts versions?

I suspect after seeing the results of the first save draft test that I will be unable to have two different save drafts version in the same session.

In order to do this test, I will be opening two Dis sessions and seeing if I can save a different copy in both sessions, come back and pick it up from where I had saved it.

For the save draft test of two Dis sessions, this is the copy I saved for the first open session.

And......this is the text I've added from the second open session. I was unable to two different drafts in two different sessions.
Looks like the forum only allows us to have one text window per thread.

The third save draft test.

I now know I can have two sessions open....save the text in the first session. Then head to the second session and see the same saved text. I also now know that I can add text to the saved draft in the second session and then post it. If I change the text in the second session....and then post. I wonder what would happen to the first session. Would I be able to come back and post the original text?

Here's the draft for the third test....I will have typed out "Text for deletion" in the next line and then saved it.

This is what I've added in the second session. I've deleted the "text for deletion" words and replaced it with this. When I post this as a reply, I will head back to session 1 and see if I can then post the original saved draft.

Text for deletion.

After posting from the second session, let's see if I can post this now....after waiting 40 seconds. He he he he he.

So why am I testing this out?

When writing a TR, I usually have multiple sessions going and all my various posts lined up with the pictures in them.

Let's say I've reached my 20 picture limit; or I reach a natural break in the story.

I would then love to be able to continue the story in the next session, have all my text and picture ready.

And then post them in quick succession so that no one else gets in between the posts....as long as I've met the 40 second rule between posts!
