Save DDP on SOE and use it for BOG breakfast Instead?

We are going to Disney springs mid trip and are going to eat at Sandwich or Earl for lunch. I was thinking maybe we will pay out of pocket for lunch and use the DDP QS credit for another breakfast at Be Our Guest. What would you do?

Personally I wouldn't go to BOG breakfast even on the dining plan, lol...I think it's outrageously overpriced for breakfast. That being said if u really want to eat breakfast there then yes I would pay OOP for SOE and use the DDP for BOG

How many are in your party? I'd probably try to split meals at both places.

Earl of Sandwich is less expensive and unless you're starving you can easily share a sandwich there. (If you both can agree on one)

We're going to be at Disney for 12 nights in September/October and we'll be paying for a couple of less expensive meals out of pocket to free up some credits for a couple of Signature meals.
