Saturday, September 19, 2020 - Which Park?

Hi.
I really need to purchase our park tickets for our trip next week.
I cannot purchase since I am locked on what park to do on Saturday, September 19? The date is firm.
If you had to choose between AK or Epcot, which would you choose.

Another thread someone answered me and said I should choose AK for a Saturday but it is considerably smaller and wondering if the crowds will be much better.

I will plan on AK or Epcot on Wednesday, September 16 and then the other park I didn't choose for Saturday, September 19.

Thank you. I arrive on a Tuesday afternoon and leave Sunday morning. Wednesday I chose MK, Thursday I chose Epcot, Friday break day, Saturday Epcot and Sunday leave.
